Monday - Thursday & Friday Lunch

Papi Queso has now taken over our kitchen!  Our collaboration with this amazing group represents the first pop-up concept in-house for Sycamore Brewing.  Monday through Thursday and Friday at lunch (starting at noon), Papi Queso is serving up incredible grilled cheese sandwiches using the finest ingredients.  Also on offer is phenomenal tomato soup and items such as truffled potato chips with dipping sauces.  Join us for a few pints and try some of the speciality items from Papi Queso made just for this exciting pop-up concept!

Sycamore Brewing could not be happier to be the home of Charlotte's original food truck rally.  Every Friday, an ever-changing line up of the city's finest food trucks join us on our 1.6 acre lot to welcome the weekend with dynamic food and award-winning, local craft beer.

We want to bring that yummy homemade goodness to Charlotte, so bought a food trailer, loaded it up with imported cheeses, kalamata olives and all kinds of Greek treasures and we're bringing it to you all at the speed of rush hour traffic!

Our recipes have been tested and perfected; we've handpicked our ingredients and our trailer. We are so are so close.  We can't wait to bring you our expertly shaved gyro slices on warm pita bread topped with sweet onions, tomato and our homemade tzatziki sauce, and that's just the tip of the iceberg lettuce!

Our menu will include pork gyro, our family recipe chicken gyro, vegetarian gyros starring some very special imported cheeses, Greek dips, real Greek salads, spinach pies, olive breads, home made dressings and weekly lunch and dessert specials.
